Should pituitary suppressive medications be stopped prior to radiosurgery for patients with a functioning pituitary adenoma?

If so, how long should the medication be stopped prior to SRS?

The strongest "evidence" for holding anti-secretory medication is probably for GH secreting tumors / acromegaly, though those studies are as previously mentioned retrospective.
