Under what circumstances would you recommend using the 2HELPS2B score to decide whether or not to pursue long-term cEEG?

While it is an excellent score for objectively assessing concerning EEG features, there are pathologies where it can be argued that long-term monitoring is indicated regardless of what the score may indicate based on a 1hr EEG recording -- I am interested to learn how it is being used in usual practice.
