What areas do you treat with RT for an intermediate or high risk pediatric Hodgkin Lymphoma with a slow early response?
Do you give RT to the entire extent of disease at presentation or just regions with slow early response? Is it necessary to irradiate all known extent of disease at presentation if only one isolated node/region has slow early response at PET2?
