What baseline work-up or "staging" do you do in patients with a new diagnosis of Sjogren's (i.e., PFT, cryoglobulins, complement, RF, UA)?

All patients need to have some baseline labs to better understand their phenotype, which I think is essential in such a heterogeneous disease like Sjogren's.
