What dose constraints do you use for the stomach in conventionally fractionated definitive chemoradiation for a large LLL primary tumor?

I would aim to keep point max to the stomach under 50.4 Gy. This can be challenging for sure if nearby the tumor. I would use the same constraints if patient had a hiatal hernia.
