Are there patients who meet Sedlis Criteria for whom you don't recommend radiation?

This question was prompted by a recently published SCCAN subanalysis suggesting intermediate-risk cervical cancer patients do not benefit from adjuvant RT after radical hysterectomy (10.1016/j.ygyno.2023.01.014).
