I usually reassure patients that this is common, and can improve on its own. Because everyone is different i give them options. For patients' with arthralgias due to AIs, I ask them about talking to their Medical Oncologists about adjusting the doses or to switch medications. Otherwise, I recommend exercise, especially yoga.
