What is your radiotherapy plan for recurrent midline epidermoid cyst after resection around 10 months ago?

Patient now has two T1 hyperintense nodules at the operative site (largest 2 cm) anterior to the sellar area. Would you proceed with SRS, fractionated SRS, or conventional fractionation? What dose and fractionation would you recommend?
