I use atomoxetine when ADHD is comorbid with an anxiety disorder after ascertaining that anxiety symptoms are not due to ADHD. Atomoxetine ES for anxiety is 0.5, the same as SSRI/SNRI, and 0.6 for ADHD. Viloxazine is better for ADHD with comorbid depression.
