What treatment volumes should be covered in an adult Ewing’s sarcoma (mandible primary) with a solitary nodal/soft tissue recurrence involving the contralateral neck?
If the recurrence was just in the contralateral submandibular gland, would volumes change? How would your volumes differ if the primary site never received radiation.
