At this time, I still follow the USPSTF/NLST guidelines, but believe the criteria for screening should be updated to include more patients.

USPSTF have changed recommendations:-
50-80-20-15
Screening from age 50-80
20 Pack year:- Current Smokers or Left in last 15 Years.
Early Diagnosis:- 81% Men, 96% Women.
