No; While the advocated MDA approach was to treat the entire pharyngeal axis (which would include the larynx), we have moved away from routine treatment of the larynx/hypopharynx except in the situation of an HPV/p16 -ve node in a heavy smoker.

In general I do not include the larynx whether HPV positive or not
