Would the presence of nodal micrometastases or multifocal disease influence your decision to give neoadjuvant chemotherapy in a patient with T1b HER2+ breast cancer?

Would you be more inclined to adjuvant APT? Only 6 patients in the trial had nodal micrometastases and it's not clear if patients with multifocal disease were enrolled.
