Would you hold CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide) monoclonal antibodies such as Eptinezumab-jjmr (Vyepti) before, during, or after lung SBRT?
If so, how long would you hold? This medication is given for migraines as q3 month infusions and some data suggest that CGRP plays a role in immune-modulation.

No, I will not hold CGRP monoclonal antibodies during lung SBRT as at present, there is no data suggesting the detrimental effect of doing so.
