I would want to obtain information about how strongly ER and/or PR positive the cancer was on IHC, and also the size of the lymph node metastasis. Agree with the above. Other ways to predict the benefit/impact of chemotherapy include tools such as Predict UK and also Magee equations to help gather information to counsel the patient.
