Would you offer OFS 5 years out from diagnosis in a young patient whose menses have returned with previously treated IDC?

Would you consider OFS this far out from diagnosis and treatment in a young patient with high grade IDC was treated during pregnancy with neoadjuvant AC + T with extensive response but final path with probable tumor footprint in 1 to 2 lymph nodes? She was treated 5 years ago and her menses have returned.
