Would you recommend anticoagulation in subsequent pregnancies after symptomatic postpartum R ovarian vein thrombosis?

Thrombophilia workup was negative. Would you use prophylactic or therapeutic anticoagulation?

Since the first thrombosis was provoked by pregnancy, I would use prophylactic lovenox in the third trimester and at least 6 weeks post-partum.
