Would you treat Scedosporium growth in expectorated sputum in a patient with COPD, pulmonary hypertension, and bronchiectasis without clinical symptoms of infection other than chronic dyspnea with exertion and thick sputum production (neg bacterial cultures) and no signs of mold infection on high resolution CT scan??
