Would you use inhaled steroids with or without oral steroids for the treatment of radiation pneumonitis?

Would inhaled steroids help reduce the PO dose and/or significantly accelerate tapering? If s, for what pneumonitis grade? What specific steroid prescription would you use? and specific steroid prescriptions. Literature example PMID: 26830686.
