Can the SIB regimen from RTOG 1005 be extrapolated to all patients requiring whole breast irradiation?
Do you use SIB regimen (40/48 Gy) per RTOG 1005 for whole breast radiation in scenarios not included on trial? For example: a patient who has received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or a patient for whom you are also treating regional nodes?

In principle, anyone who would benefit from boost could be treated with either RTOG 1005 or IMPORT HIGH regimen of SIB.
