Do you ever consider small vessel doses when determining your dose for SBRT?

For example, would you modify your SBRT dose next to the azygous vein? While we talk frequently about OAR constraints for the great vessels, it seems to be less of an issue for smaller vessels such as the azygous. Do you use an OAR constraint when treating a tumor adjacent to the azygous vein? Would you modify your SBRT dose?
