Do you offer radiation to HCC with a single positive celiac node?
What dose/fractionation would you give to the liver lesion and node? Would you treat just the celiac node or all there regional lymphatics?

I think it's worth a discussion with the patient and evaluation in MDT and medical oncology. If the patient has good liver function (CPA, maybe B7 depending on primary size) - it is reasonable to consolidate. Node positive disease makes transplant unlikely.
