How do PSMA PET positive nodes change your treatment recommendations after RP?
Would you consider boosting the nodes? What dose? Would this change your recommendation for length of ADT?

Recently published multi variant analysis in JCO by Tilki et al., PMID 35290082 looking at adjuvant vs salvage radiation in post RP setting based on the number of positive LN found there to be roughly 8% reduction in the risk of 7 year all cause mortality per positive LN. ...
