How do you approach the decision for adjuvant chemotherapy in perimenopausal patients with ER+ breast cancer?
Would you consider their state of menopause at the time of diagnosis, potentially recommending chemotherapy in node positive patients, or by the time adjuvant chemotherapy would begin, at which point chemotherapy may not be recommended if postmenopausal?
