How do you balance target coverage vs cord constraints with spine SRS?
Is it better to sacrifice target coverage (reducing volume receiving 95-100% dose) or change to fSRS in order to meet cord constraints without having to sacrifice coverage of the target?

Overall, the challenges of balancing target volume coverage versus protection of OARs are the same in the treatment of spine SRS.
