How do you typically sequence chemotherapy and palliative radiation for metastatic endometrial and cervical cancers?

If a patient is found to have multiple painful osseous lesions but is chemotherapy naive, do you typically wait for the patient to undergo treatment with systemic therapy first before treating with palliative RT? Alternatively, do you administer RT before systemic therapy, or concurrently?
