How should the results of molecular/genetic tests for prostate cancer, be utilized in the post-prostatectomy setting?

There is a recent publication that nicely summarizes the molecular/genetic tests for prostate cancer (Ross et al., PMID 26123120). What should be done if molecular/genetic testing suggests potentially using an intervention where traditional indications are not met? For instance, an individual s/p radical prostatectomy without any of the traditional indications for post-RP adjuvant radiotherapy, but with a high risk Decipher score; would that push you towards adjuvant RT or would it just help you in the event that someone does have indications and is debating adjuvant vs potential eventual salvage?
