How would you approach a patient with T1aN1 breast cancer when the ER/PR/HER2 status cannot be determined by IHC?   

T1a - 2mm; N1 - 1 ipsilateral lymph node measured 6mm

Oncotype says too small to test and NGS says too few cancer cells to determine status.
