In which situations do you offer neoadjuvant chemotherapy for a nodal recurrence alone of ER/PR positive, HER2 negative breast cancer?
Patient is young and reoccurrence is one year after initial diagnosis of T1cN0 ER/PR positive, HER2-negative breast cancer treated with mastectomy, but no adjuvant radiation or systemic therapy.
