Is there a role for extended treatment volumes (elective nodal) in the definitive treatment of parameningeal rhabdomyosarcoma in a young adult?   

Would the translocation status influence your decision? Are there specific subsites where elective radiotherapy likely offers a higher therapeutic ratio? Would retropharyngeal nodal involvement modify your decision? Is there a role for sentinel lymph node evaluation prior to chemotherapy?
