What is your local therapy paradigm for unresectable pelvic EWS cases?

Is there a role for dose escalation? Would you recommend sequential or SIB? Is there more of a role for surgery vs. dose escalated RT in EWSR1-non-ETS rearrangements, non-EWSR1-ETS rearranged, CIC-rearranged, and BRCOR rearranged cases?
