When planning spine SBRT, do you use volume dose limits to the spinal cord PRV, such as D0.35cc, in addition to maximum point dose?
These volume dose limits sometimes seem to be harder to meet than the maximum point dose limits, yet the doses are similar to those of conventional palliative doses that are safe for the entire cord.
