Discontinue the bolus after brisk reaction
Moderate hypofractionation to the chest wall instead of conventional fractionation
High tangents instead of total nodal irradiation
Any other forms of de-escalation

The first two options are reasonable but would not reduce the volume of treatment and would still consider for boost around the scar area even with hypofractionation.
