Would the extent of nodal involvement sway you one way or another (i.e., a micromet in a single sentinel node)?

The short answer is "probably not." However, in many cases, such as this one, the answer is more complicated than a simple "yes" or "no." I would want to know more details about all the clinical and pathological risk factors. IIIC on what basis? 1 micro+ node in the true pelvis vs. multiple nodes or...
