If a patient with prostate or bladder cancer has irritative  bladder symptoms during IGRT and urinalysis reveals microscopic hematuria, WBCs, but no bacteria, what is your diagnosis?

The patient has  NOT had any recent instrumentation, such as a cystoscopy or a catheter.
