Have you ever used a "Quad Shot" regimen or other fractionation for patients with uncontrolled inguinal nodal disease?

Patient had had multiple surgeries and non-healing wounds. If so, what dose/fractionation did you use? Did your patient have durable control of disease or any significant notable toxicity?
