Is there a role for re-irradiation of a recurrent keloid?

Does the time interval between the intial RT and recurrence influence your decision? What time interval would you feel is appropriate? What dose would you use for re-RT of a keolid?

The referenced article alludes to a possible benefit for pentoxifylline/Vit D, both in respect to keloid recurrence and fibrosis. Should this be offered to patients undergoing reirradiation?
