Initial trans-scrotal surgery led to removal of what proved to be a G1 myxoid liposarcoma of spermatic cord, in 3 pieces, with positive margins. Reoperation via inguinal approach led to removal of 9 mm residual, negative margins this time. Imaging studies non-contributory.
